Sinulog
Celebrated every 3rd Sunday of January, is Cebu biggest and most popular festival. The feast is in honour of the Holy Image of Senor Sto. Nino de Cebu Fiesta Senor as it is widely known , is the most celebrated among Cebu's Festivals where people converge along the routes of a grand solemn procession and partake in the gaiety amidst a Mardi gras parade immersed in wild colours and the constant beating of the drums.


Paskuhan
Cebu City/province wide - A Christmas celebration of Songs and Lanternmaking held during the month of December to spread good cheer to local resident and visitors alike.
Kadaugan Sa Mactan
Lapu-Lapu Cebu - A week long (April 22 - 27) commemoration of the historic battle of Mactan between the Spainish Conquistador Fernando Magallanes and Mactan Cheiftain Lapu-Lapu featuring various activities highlighted by the series of musical productions culminating with the famous battle , food street and live band enterainment.
Semana Santa Sa Bantayan
Bantayan Island - A unique mixture of solemn religious rites and local celebrations highlights the Holy Week activities in Bantayan Island. The normally quiet island is visited by relatives and friends of the residents, as well as tourists to experience the solemn rites or to cool off the summer heat in the beautiful white sandy beaches and clear tropical water.
Nuestra Senora De Regla
Lapu-Lapu City - Held to honor the patroness of Opon on November 20-21. This religion and social event reveals the deep religious faith of the people and the penchant for merry making. A food fair , carnival , procession and a coronation of the Fiesta Queen highlight the festivity.
Dinagat Festival
Cordova , Cebu - The festival is characterized by the street-dancing and an interpretative dance competition based on the fishing rituals and culture of the Cordovahanons
Carcar Fiesta
Carcar, Cebu - Celebrated on November 24 - 25 in honor of the town's patronness, St. Catherine of Alexandria. Carcar town is noted for its old Spanish style houses in the quiet countryside setting. During fiestas , the residents would invite friends, relatives and the town's visitors into their homes to taste popular local delicacies. A lively and enjoyable event. Mantawi Festival
Manudaue City - Rediscovering Mandaue's rich cultural and histical heritage through a parade composed of 3 major events unfolding , a moving diorama on top of 6, 10 wheeler trucks , street dancing of several hundred students, heroes and great personages as higantes and a food festival. All activities tell about Mandaue's history , lifestyle and strength as a great City.
